In the event that I have to cancel your appointment due to weather conditions, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances with less than 12 hours notice, you will receive 50% off of scheduled services when the identical services are rebooked. Appointments cancelled within 12 hours of reserved time or in the case of which clients are a “No Show” will incur a charge of 30% of the service(s) total dollar amount that are scheduled.
